Having immigrated to the U.S. at a young age, I overcame the challenges of being a first-generation college student to earn degrees in Psychology and Counseling.
Welcome to Academic Access and Wellness! I’m passionate about helping students and professionals unlock their potential through personalized guidance and wellness-focused support. With over 13 years of experience in college access, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students—especially first-generation college-goers—through every stage of the college journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling and have served as a part-time psychology professor, college consultant, and workshop facilitator.
I’m certified in both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and True Colors personality assessments, which allows me to deliver powerful insights into personal development, team building, and effective communication. My workshops have supported both students and professionals in discovering their strengths, improving relationships, and building cohesive, purpose-driven teams. At the heart of my work is the 8 Dimensions of Wellness model—emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual—which I integrate into my consulting sessions and corporate workshops. Whether you're a student preparing for college or an organization seeking to enhance team wellness and collaboration, I’m here to help you thrive.
